Company History

Founded by Mr. Skinner in the late 1990s, CSS quickly established itself as the premier name in luxury property management within Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, in the Algarve. From the start, our growth has been driven by a dedication to integrity, innovation, and exceeding clients’ expectations—values that continue to shape our approach today.

 

In 2019, after 19 years of dedicated service, Irina acquired the company from Mr. Skinner. Having played an integral role in CSS’s development, she was ideally positioned to preserve the founder’s vision while introducing modern processes to ensure enduring success. Under her leadership, our passion for excellence and commitment to our clients have remained at the forefront of everything we do.

 

When the COVID-19 pandemic presented challenges worldwide, we chose to protect our most valuable asset—our team—by retaining every member of staff. This decision not only strengthened our bond as a company but also reinforced our commitment to sustainable, people-centered practices.

 

Today, we continue to deliver unrivaled property management services within the exclusive communities of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, marked by a dedication to impeccable standards and personalized care. Management Team Profile

 

Irina Neves Managing Partner In 2019 Irina aquired CSS from the former owner after working alongside him for over 19 years. Her extensive experience with management, operations and customer support have proven to be key skills that enabled the company to truly understand its clients and build a set of services that meet their needs and expectations. Irina has degree in Business Management and Administration from INUAF University.

 

Carlos Neves Managing Partner Carlos is an entrepreneur, strategist and a business intelligence expert who has been working in the tech industry for over two decades where he helped numerous companies to overcome market challenges and grow their businesses. In 2019, he joined CSS as a manager and has since then been working alongside with the management team to bring innovation into the company’s DNA. Carlos has a degree in Business Management and Administration from UAlg University.

 

Ana de Sousa Financial Director After graduating in Business Management and Administration from INUAF University, Ana worked at AFC, a company that specializes in financial consulting and fiscal representation where she consolidated her knowledge in many accounting, financial and fiscal matters. In 2018, with her experience and strong numerical skills, Ana joined CSS team as a financial director where she has been in charge of the financial side of the business.
