Company History

Our business was founded by Mr. Skinner in the late 1990s and has since become the premier property management firm in Portugal. Through hard work and dedication, we have consistently expanded our services and taken on new challenges, always staying true to our core values of integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

 

In 2019, after 19 years of dedicated service, Irina was offered the opportunity to acquire the company from Mr. Skinner. As a driving force behind our success and a person who shared the same values and vision as our founder, it was a natural choice for her to take on this role.

 

With the goal of modernizing our processes and ensuring the long-term success of the business, Irina has continued to lead the company with the same passion and commitment to excellence that has always been at the heart of our company culture.

 

We are also proud to have been able to maintain the employment of all of our staff during the COVID pandemics, which we believe has made CSS a stronger and more sustainable business.

For the second consecutive year, CSS has been acknowledged as one of the top 5% SMEs in Portugal, recognizing excellence in management practices, entrepreneurship, and enduring financial strength. Management Team Profile

 

Irina Neves Managing Partner  In 2019 Irina aquired CSS from the former owner after working alongside him for over 19 years. Her extensive experience with management, operations and customer support have proven to be key skills that enabled the company to truly understand its clients and build a set of services that meet their needs and expectations. Irina has degree in Business Management and Administration from INUAF University.

 

Carlos Neves Managing Partner  Carlos is an entrepreneur, strategist and a business intelligence expert who has been working in the tech industry for over two decades where he helped numerous companies to overcome market challenges and grow their businesses. In 2019, he joined CSS as a manager and has since then been working alongside with the management team to bring innovation into the company’s DNA. Carlos has a degree in Business Management and Administration from UAlg University.

 

Ana de Sousa Financial Director  After graduating in Business Management and Administration from INUAF University, Ana worked at AFC, a company that specializes in financial consulting and fiscal representation where she consolidated her knowledge in many accounting, financial and fiscal matters. In 2018, with her experience and strong numerical skills, Ana joined CSS team as a financial director where she has been in charge of the financial side of the business.
